This website increases visibility of research staff development opportunties and provides a resource for research staff to use as a 'first port of call'. Details of staff involved in researcher development are incorportated, as well as information about initiatives such as the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Research Staff. This is an important aspect of the infrastructure in place for research staff support.
Maintining the website with up-to-date information.
Ensuring that research staff are aware of this resource.
Regular updates take place to keep the information relevent. Research E-learning Officer and wider team are updating the website, and looking to incorporate web 2.0 technologies such as a blog which will enable more dynamic information as well as the static information.
