A business challenge model for training in business awareness and innovation delivered in the format of a social entrepreneurship competition. Running over a 4 week period participants followed a mandatory programme of training in enterprise-related topics covering the phases involved from development of the original idea to presenting a business plan to potential investors. The format for the final was a Dragon’s Den style pitch to a panel of judges.
