Biography
Carol Cochrane, Head of Staff Development at the University of Ulster has overall responsibility for capability development within the institution and more specifically leadership development of staff, doctoral students and early career researchers.
Prior to taking up her role as Head of Staff Development, Carol was self-employed for 13 years specialising in the development and facilitation of personal, leadership and organisational development interventions for a diverse range of client organisations within the public, private, community and voluntary sectors.
Carol has developed and currently facilitates the Generation Centred Leadership Module within the University of Ulster's Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Development (Researchers) level M award for doctoral students and early career researchers.
