Unless otherwise stated, you are entitled to use the Vitae website for personal use in any way, providing you do not reproduce any of the information as your own and/or seek to profit from it. Personal use constitutes viewing the Vitae website online and printing pages and/or documents for review offline.
If you wish to reproduce any materials accessible on the Vitae website including information, graphics, images and other design elements in printed or electronic form (aside from items available from the Resources database, GRADschools section or for personal use), you must obtain written permission first. Many areas of the Vitae website contain links to websites that are not operated by CRAC. CRAC is not responsible for these websites and therefore does not endorse them. Where links are provided, they are merely for related information and your convenience.
In addition to this, Vitae will not accept requests for link exchanges at any time. However, if a website relates directly to an article/page on the Vitae website, we may add a link if we feel it is necessary. The decision to do this will be purely at CRAC's discretion.
Privacy
The Vitae website automatically collects a small amount of non-personally identifiable data from you when you visit; this is limited to what pages you visit, and at what day/time. It also collects information about what browser and operating system you are using and what domain (internet address) you originate from. This information is collected from our server logs.
The details which you provide about yourself and any other information which identifies you ("Personal Information") are held on our computer system. These details are used for operational purposes, for example to verify your password to allow you access to extra functionality on the website.
We only retain your credit card or billing account details to process the specific payment transaction for which you supplied them, unless you ask us to keep these details for future purchases which you may make through us.
We will not pass your Personal Information to anyone outside CRAC and the Vitae Regional Hubs.
