Bath University Researchers' Conference05 March 2010
Event overview
Can your research change the world?
Researchers are increasingly encouraged to ensure their research has impact. But what is impact? How would you demonstrate it? How can you measure it? And - the biggest question of all - should we have to?
This year's researchers' conference takes a lively look at impact. We have impact stories, where researchers talk about their research and the impact (not always intentional!) that it has had. There will also be a 'Question Time'-style debate on impact - so get thinking about what you'd like to ask our panel.
We'll also have a choice of workshops where you can choose which part of impact you'd like to focus on, as well as an opportunity for everyone to get involved.
Registration is open now It's open to all researchers, (from other HEIS too!) and completely free - so what are you waiting for?
