Event overview

HEFCE are going to use the event as a platform to disseminate their HE Workforce Report, which is due to be published at the end of February.  We would like to use the event to begin discussing how the workforce might need to be supported and developed over the next 5 to 10 yeas, in the light of Higher Ambitions, the Skills Strategy, the HEFCE report, the changing student demographic, skills gaps and shortages etc.  Our target audience is HE staff developers, HR Directors and PVCs.
