Why attend:
This is your chance to explore all the Vitae training materials including a sneak preview of newly developed resources. By attending this half-day taster session you will:
- Gain an overview of the Vitae training programmes developed to date
- Look at the newly developed Vitae courses
- Discuss where the materials might fit into your researcher development programmes
- Decide which programmes you are most interested in, and explore these in more detail
- Try an activity 'for real'
- Consider logistical and practical issues
About Vitae resources:
Vitae offers a large range of programmes and resources for free use by UK higher education institutions. All programmes are based on an experiential and interactive learning approach and encourage researchers to work with peers from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines. The materials are piloted in partnership with institutions to ensure the content, resources and support materials are fit for purpose. The programmes are also supported by a central team who can provide guidance on all aspects of organisation/delivery and a network of facilitators who have experience of using the resources. Programmes currently include:
