Leadership in Action
The Midlands Hub ran the popular Leadership in Action course at the University of Warwick between 12-14 December. The course was attended by PhD researchers and Early Career Researchers from across in the UK.
The Midlands Hub ran the popular Leadership in Action course in December this year. The 3 day course was held at the University of Warwick between 12 and 14 December 2011.
The 3 day non-residential course allowed participants to explore and develop their leadership skills. Participants had the opportunity to look at relevant theory, practice their leadership style and receive feedback from a leadership buddy.

I have learnted about myself, my boundaries and my capacity to break free from these boundaries. This is by far the best training course I have ever been to.
I will review my attitude not only as a leaders, but also as a follower
