Event overview

 Objectives:

To understand the role of the process facilitator in guiding learning groups to achieve their own desired outcomes

To identify and practise the key skills of facilitation: diagnosis, analysis and movement to action

To learn techniques that help groups to achieve goals through effective problem-solving and decision-making

To develop process review skills in order to help individuals and groups to learn from experience and make appropriate behavioural and structural changes

This workshop is designed for experienced trainers, L+D professionals and managers who have some experience of facilitating learning groups and activities and wish to develop their skills in more complex learning and environments.

The price of this two-day workshop includes non-residential venue, coffee/tea and lunch, all training materials plus three of RSVP Design's versatile Learning Tools to take away and use in your own learning programmes: Workstations, Challenging Assumptions and Images of Organisations (retail value £197)
