A Hub for Supporting and Embedding the Researcher Development Agenda
The challenge to change behaviour and support universities to embed culture change is a strategic role undertaken by the Hub in Scotland.
The Universities Scotland Research and Knowledge Exchange Committee, Research Training Sub-Committee leads much of the thinking on the wider agenda in Scotland, and the Hub takes an active role in this committee. Working to sustain researcher development in the region, and encourage current models of collaborative researcher development and focus the strategic direction to support and embed researcher development in Scotland.
The Researcher Development Framework (RDF) is a major new approach to researcher development and describes the knowledge, behaviours and attitudes of researchers and encourages them to aspire to excellence through achieving higher levels of development.
