A Hub for Supporting and Embedding the Researcher Development Agenda (SNI)

The challenge to change behaviour and support universities to embed culture change is a strategic role undertaken by the Hub in Scotland.   

The Universities Scotland Research and Knowledge Exchange Committee, Research Training Sub-Committee leads much of the thinking on the agenda in Scotland, and the Hub was charged with undertaking a collaborative review on behalf of this committee. Working to sustain researcher development in the region, the review was an opportunity to take stock of current models of collaborative researcher development and work towards a strategic direction to support and embed researcher development in Scotland.
