Event overview

The purpose of this event was to open debate around the strategic importance of equality and diversity policy and practice for researchers, embedded in the Scottish research environment and to learn more about the Every Researcher Counts project and its related resources.
Participants had the opportunity to explore strategic approaches to equality and diversity for researchers; what a successful strategy would look like and how would it be delivered so that 'every researcher counts'.
