There are many challenges within the higher education sector, particularly for research staff, that can create a difficult environment for any researcher striving to achieve a research career within higher education, but particularly disadvantage some constituencies including women, disabled and black and minority ethnic researchers.

We are building an online library of useful equality and diversity information and development resources intended to help research staff and research staff developers to get involved with the agenda and to improve equality and diversity in researcher careers in UK HEIs.
