Adventures in consulting

This case study is an exercise to encourage the development of consultancy skills. It is designed to make participants aware that consulting is a process that happens (or should happen) often in everyday business situations and that the skills are transferable to a range of management and business roles and contexts.

All of the options are worth at least three days of training as part of the compulsory Skills Programme at Liverpool. Options include a residential Enterprise School, Vitae GradSchools, Teaching and Volunteering programmes, the online Career Skills Portfolio, Research Council Yes competitions, internships and work experience,.
