Team development exercises
The Team Development Exercises pack has been designed to introduce participants to the principles of teambuilding and team development. The exercises enable participants to learn about the impact of their behaviour on others and explore different roles within a team whilst developing their communication, leadership, problem solving, organisation and planning skills. By taking part in a range of diverse exercises run in sequence, they can learn, adapt and put into action feedback received after completing each activity.
