2009 to present Head of Regulatory Economics, Network Rail 2006 to 2009 Director of Regulatory Finance, Postcomm Leading a mixed team of accountants and economists who are responsible for the development of most of the regulatory policy for the UK postal market. Projects include price controls on Royal Mail and access charging decisions (for other operators using Royal Mail’s network). 2002 to 2006 Deputy Director, Postcomm Heading a team of financial analysts.
