- Biography:
- Before establishing FJWilson in 2009, Fiona worked for 14 years in recruitment both in operations and in sales. In operational roles, she worked for Adecco's professional staffing brands. Fiona was Operations Director of Jonathan Wren, Ajilon, and then of the London 2012 contract. Before this, she worked for Kelly Services where she gained experience in the general staffing sector, on-site management and strategic accounts. Her experience in sales was developed at Hobsons, part of the Daily Mail Group. She was UK Commercial Manager for the Education and Learning Division, specialising in sales and marketing to the 16-19 year old age group for school leaver, apprenticeship and student programmes. A graduate of Durham University, Fiona is a full member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and a Fellow of the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM and Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP)). Fiona is also a Board Trustee for Choice in Hackney, a voluntary organisation that provides Advocacy and Independent Living Services to disabled people in London, and a “Pilotlighter” (www.pilotlight.org.uk)
