- Tim is a freelance trainer working mainly in the Education sector. His background is in Engineering and IT where 20 years ago he first experienced training researchers. He delivers the Effective researcher programme and tutors and directs several LocalGrads. He gets a real buzz out of seeing researchers grow in skills and confidence and loves to hear from them about the latest developments.
- Biography:
- BSC in Production Engineering from Trent Polytechnic (1984)
11 years working for British Steel (CORUS). Started as a graduate trainee working on process development. Rose to position of Planning manager responsible for the planning an scheduling of all production.
During this time won a place on the Britsh steel advanced development programme and completed a Diploma in business administration at Warwick University
5 years as an IT Consultant working as a Project manager intalling Scheduling systems in Manufacturing companies.
since 2001 running own Training business TRIBE T + C Ltd. Clients include Vitae,University of Loughborough, University of Oxford,UWE,UKERC, The KTP Programme, Motorola, The Morgan Group, Involve.
