- Dr. Steve Hutchinson is an academic Zoologist who turned to Staff Development and worked for several years at the Universities of Liverpool, York and then the University of Leeds (where he headed up the Graduate Training Unit and was the coordinator for the YNE Hub of the then UK GRAD programme now vitae). He left the security of a University to set up his own development business. He is a trained and qualified NLP practitioner and Life Coach and runs acclaimed interactive training courses up and down the country and abroad. A gradschool tutor, both locally and nationally and now a national director, Steve has written materials and acted as facilitator and consultant for vitae for many years. In addition, he is a key assosciate and programme director for the Leadership Foundation for HE.
