- Biography:
- Aminder has experience in facilitating small and large groups and one-to-one guidance and coaching with a range of clients: researchers, university staff, professionals seeking a career change, undergraduates, postgraduates, international students, unemployed adults, people with learning difficulties and disabilities. Aminder has tutored on two Local GRADschools and designed and delivered various programmes and workshops for PhD researchers when she worked at University of Leicester. She also has experience of designing, co-ordinating and delivering training for university staff. Currently, Aminder is an Employability Tutor at a College, a Consultant for Higher Education Institutions and an Event Organiser and Host for a professional association. She has worked within Higher Education for several years; as a Project Co-ordinator, Associate Director and Careers Adviser. She is a Fellow of the National Institute of Careers Education and Counselling (NICEC), is an Associate of ICeGS at University of Derby, and has presented at numerous conferences.
