Booking conditions

To confirm your place on the event you will need to pay a refundable deposit of £25. This must be received no later than 2 weeks after booking onto the event. If you do not pay the deposit then your place will be offered to someone else. Upon attendance of the course your deposit will be refunded.

If paying by debit/credit card:

Complete and submit this form, and then telephone Kirsti Smith on +44 (0) 1223 460277 with the following credit/debit card details: card name (e.g. Visa), amount, card number, issue number, expiry date, three digit security number (found on the back of the card) and cardholder name.

If paying by cheque:

Complete and submit this form, and then send a cheque (made payable to 'CRAC') to Rebecca Owens, CRAC, 2nd Floor, Sheraton House, Castle Park, Cambridge CB3 0AX.
