Vitae helps current and prospective employers of researchers to understand the value and contribution that researchers make to the UK economy and society and to engage more effectively with the researcher labour market, by:
- providing information about researcher careers and employment
- facilitating dialogue between employers and researchers
- providing information on the latest thinking in recruiting, training and working with researchers
- helping employers contribute to the future training of researchers.
Getting involved
Employers can join Vitae's network of interested individuals and organisations to discuss their recruitment experiences and how best to manage career and technical development for researchers in the workplace.
