Biography
Andy has run numerous management and leadership programmes including many for new and aspirant PIs. He has been involved with several ESRC and HEFCE funded projects on research leadership and is an International Associate of the Leadership Foundation. He is UK Staff Development Advisor to the British University in Egypt; chairs the CROS Steering Group; and is currently involved in projects on: desktop action learning (Leadership Foundation), the effective implementation of IT projects (JISC) and meeting the leadership and development needs of principal investigators (LGM).
