Biography

Paul graduated in 1972 with a degree in business studies. His career has been in the human resource field covering personnel administration, training, employee relations, performance management, management development and organisation development. He started working for SKF (UK) Ltd as Personnel and Training Officer and then in 1976 moved to Goodyear Tyre and Rubber Ltd as Management Development Manager. In 1979 Paul took on the position of Group Personnel Manager/Training & Management Development Manager with Portals Groups PLC. In 1988 he became an independent consultant specialising in people and company development. Since then he has worked with a number of global organisations identifying what superior performers do differently to average performers and also with the growth of SMEs.
