Biography

Alex is an Educational Technologist working for the University of Manchester. His role involves creating online resources and learning opportunities for postgraduate students, research staff and academics. Alex previously worked as a systems analyst and programmer and after some travelling he trained and worked as an ICT teacher. Alex then joined the University of Manchester in his current role in 2007. Alex is particularly interested in the use of social networking and other web 2.0 technologies in a research environment.
