Next week, starting on Tuesday 6 July, Vitae is hosting an online discussion space on public engagement and its potential impact on you, your research and the public you engage with.
It will include information on recent events in public engagement and articles written from a variety of viewpoints (commissioned specifically for this space) which will include a discussion feature allowing you to make comments on the articles. You will also be able to post up any useful or related web links that you would like to share with others.
Also on 6 July we will make available a joint Beacons for Public Engagement and Vitae booklet titled ‘The engaging researcher' which is the next title in Vitae's researcher booklets series providing information and tips on how to engage people with your research.
All are welcome to engage in the discussions!
More information will be made available soon, so please keep checking the Vitae website at www.vitae.ac.uk/publicengagement
Posting of comments is subject to the standard Terms and Conditions of use for the site.
