Vitae has been seeking sector feedback on a series of lenses on the Researcher Development Framework that have been developed in collaboration with key organisations. The consultation on the first series of lenses which included, enterprise, intrapreneurship, teaching and leadership has now closed but we will shortly be requesting feedback on additional lenses.

The lenses provide a focus on the key knowledge, behaviours and attributes developed by researchers that can be used for, or acquired through, particular contexts, such as teaching, enterprise or public engagement.

Lenses that will be out to consultation shortly include public engagement, information literacy and employability. Final versions of the first series of lenses will be available in April.

Further details about the lenses can be found at www.vitae.ac.uk/rdflenses.
