Booking conditions

To confirm your place on the event after this date you will need to pay a refundable deposit of £25 by the 11th November.  Upon attendance of the course your deposit will be refunded.

If paying by debit/credit card:

Complete and submit this form, and then telephone Kirsti Smith on +44 (0) 1223 460277 with the following credit/debit card details: card name (e.g. Visa), amount, card number, issue number, expiry date, three digit security number (found on the back of the card) and cardholder name.

If paying by cheque:

Complete and submit this form, and then send a cheque (made payable to 'CRAC') to Kirsti Smith, CRAC, 2nd Floor, Sheraton House, Castle Park, Cambridge CB3 0AX
