Booking conditions

We will notify you to let you know you have a place on the course on the 3rd November. To confirm your place on the event after this date you will need to pay a refundable deposit of £25. If you do not pay the deposit by the 13th November, then your place will be offered to someone else. Upon attendance of the course your deposit will be refunded.

If paying by debit/credit card:

Complete and submit this form, and then telephone Beata Pedziwiatr on +44 (0) 1223 448536 with the following credit/debit card details: card name (e.g. Visa), amount, card number, issue number, expiry date, three digit security number (found on the back of the card) and cardholder name.

If paying by cheque:

Complete and submit this form, and then send a cheque (made payable to 'CRAC') to Beata Pedziwiatr, CRAC, 2nd Floor, Sheraton House, Castle Park, Cambridge CB3 0AX
