UKRSA part II- Please help us with some research
18 August 2010
By Tennie Videler
In addition to representation described in my part I post, the UKRSA is conducting research into what impact local research staff associations have on the implementation of the research Concordat. This will result in a report that will be launched at the Vitae research staff conference 2010 (another activity we’ve been busy with…). See the website for more information. All the research is done by surveys and this is where we need your help. Please, could you fill one in? There are two separate surveys; both are on your research staff association, one is specifically for the chairperson (or similar) or their representative, the other for other members. The surveys take about 10-15 minutes to complete and are open until midnight on Friday 10th September. Many many thanks.

As one of the current UKRSA co-chairs can I encourage people to take part! We are still low on numbers so if you are on a committee please do fill it in. If you are not, but have something to say about how research staff are represented in your institution please post below, or drop me an email at ukrsavitae ([at]) googlemail ([dot]) com Thanks, Chris Thomson
