Just a quick note to let you know that Liz Dodson has given birth to a beautiful baby daughter on Wednesday evening.
We knew from Liz’s earlier post on the unpredictable deadline she was working towards, that she was about to give birth. In fact I think she had to wait for longer than she expected.
I am completely thrilled for her. Congratulations, Liz!

Thank you all. Apologies for the radio silence since my last post, a few complications meant I was in and out of hospital over the last weeks but Bethany arrived safe and sound on 25th August. Having been told to prepare for an early baby, she was in fact 11 days late - arriving just a few hours before the deadline for induction. Makng the most of all the time available and working so close to the deadline suggests to me already that I may have a future researcher on my hands!
