It's that time of the year again and I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to the blog, making it a great place to discuss research staff related issues over the year. I've definitely learnt an awful lot from you guys, and I look forward to learning a lot more in future.

I hope 2013 brings you successful grant proposals, lots of papers accepted, helpful collaborators, but of course also great times with family and friends, a decent work-life balance and lots of all the things that you enjoy.
