Thank you for choosing to join Vitae for our UK GRADschool.
Below you will be given the option to choose a first choice and a second choice of UK GRADschool to attend - either our October or November course.
Please indicate your choice in order of preference and please keep the selected dates free.
As expressed on the main event page, you will be given accommodation for the duration of the course and meals (breakfast, lunch and evening meal) - the only thing you will need to pay for is your transport to and from the venue. If you have any dietary requirements or special needs i.e. a diasability you would like us to be aware of you will have the opportunity to note this on the booking form.

Please note: This GRADschool course will involve at least half a day of outdoor activities involving moderate physical expercise. If you would like to discuss this before applying please contact courses@vitae.ac.uk.
Please remember to inform us if you have a change of address. Pre-course papers will be emailed to you two or three weeks before the course starts, so please ensure that the email address you have supplied has sufficient storage space and is one that you check regularly. If you require a paper copy of the pre-course information please email courses@vitae.ac.uk.
The following part of the booking form contains two options:
Option 1. If you are Research Council funded through either AHRC, BBSRC, ESRC, EPSRC, MRC, NERC, STFC, Wellcome Trust or RSC, you will be eligble for a fully funded place. If so, please state who you are funded by below, along with your student number. Please note: your student number / grant number is a unique number given by your funding body.
Once you have completed these two fields, please progress to the field 'Other important information'.
Option 2. If you are either self funded, company funded, university funded, SGM funded, or organisation funded please skip to the section 'non-Research Council funded participant' section' below. Please note: if you are not Research Council funded the cost of the course will be £580 +VAT.

Any invoice will be sent directly to you or the invoicee entered below.

By registering for this course, your details will be held on Vitae's database for administrative purposes only. Your contact details will be stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act, and will not be passed onto third parties.

To capture the excitement and value of our courses, Vitae will be taking pictures throughout the duration and providing participants with the optional opportunity to share their thoughts and opinions of the event on our official UK GRADschool podcast. Media release is written in to our terms and conditions of booking, as we feel this is a powerful way of showcasing impact for those participants who have chosen to join us for the event.

To make sure UK GRADschools run as smoothly as possible it is important that we have a full number of participants enlisted.
We therefore stipulate as part our our policy a cancellation charge of £100, if we recieve any cancellations within four weeks of the start date of the course.
If you think you may not be able to join us for your chosen dates, please let us know ASAP to ensure we find a replacement.
Once you have submitted your application for a member of the UK GRADschool team will be in touch within 3-4 weeks to confirm whether you have been offered a place.
