How are researchers supported in understanding and using the Researcher Development Framework?
Vitae provides a range of current, and future, resources to support researchers and those responsible for developing researchers to understand and use the Researcher Development Framework (RDF).
Within institutions, trainers, developers, human resources specialists and careers advisors will be familiar with the RDF for the planning and provision of support for researchers' development and may run a range of courses to help researchers learn about the RDF. Examples of how HEIs and research organisations are using the RDF and the RDS are highlighted on the Vitae website.
Managers, principal investigators and supervisors of researchers are also being encouraged to understand the RDF as part of their role supporting the development of researchers.
Vitae Hub managers will act as RDF champions assisting HEIs with their planning and implementation of the RDF and hosting regional RDF activities.
