As examples to illustrate how researchers have used the Researcher Development Framework, have a look at the selection of researcher profiles. These are examples from researchers in different disciplines and at different stages of their careers who have used the Researcher Development Framework to reflect on their current development activities and identify areas they wish to develop.  Researcher reflections on their current and target phases have been used to illustrate the profiles.
