Express your interest to host the National Postdoc Conference (NPDC) 2023

Host selection applications open 28 March 2022 until 30th May 2022 23:59

The National Postdoc Conference is run every two years in the UK and is an opportunity for postdoctoral researchers to discuss current issues, plan their careers, engage in professional development and suggest ways to improve research culture. Hugely successful conferences have been run by postdocs at the University of Cambridge in 2017, a hybrid event run by London postdocs in 2019, and most recently the fully online conference at the University of Liverpool in 2021.

UKRSA is looking to select the next host of the National Postdoc Conference who will run an event for postdocs across the UK covering a mixture of sessions and workshops. The selection committee will be chaired by Professor Marcus Munafo (a neutral Chair from the UK Reproducibility Network), the Chairs of UKRSA, a Vitae representative, and former organisers of the NPDC.

To submit your proposal for hosting NPDC 2023, please complete the form below on behalf of your organisation. Short-listed potential hosts will be invited for interview in June, and the selected host and date of the NPDC 2023 will be announced in July 2022.
