Adrian Fenton

Biography 

Adrian Fenton is a Senior Consultant in the Science team at the British Council, focusing on public engagement and STEM Education, working with researchers through previously managing the FameLab science communication programme internationally, and currently leading on EURAXESS. With over 20 years’ experience in science project management, he started as a Physics teacher in the UK, has worked in Tanzania with VSO, and delivered teacher training and public engagement activities in countries including the UK, Portugal, Slovenia and Bangladesh. His former role as Head of Education with the British Science Association had a strong focus on science as a part of culture and promoting enquiry based learning, and whilst at the Association for Science Education he led on inclusive science approaches and was involved in curriculum development.
