Biography

Charlie is a Staff Developer at the University of Dundee focusing on Researchers and Academics. He joined the Researcher Development team a week before the pandemic hit last March, so had a steep learning curve. He previously held positions within the University in the Technology Enhanced Learning Center as well as the Art College where he had previously studied. Charlies' interests in the Researcher Development space include cultural development, training workshops and leadership development. He is also the institutional Lead for the Researcher Development Concordat, HR Excellence in Research Award and is the institutional Liaison for the various Research Staff Associations"
