Between 2009 and 2011, David continued his association with the RSC as Senior Visiting Industry Fellow where he introduced a series of precompetitive workshops to help drive increased cross-sector collaboration in pharmaceutical research. Between 2011 and 2016, David was employed by the RSC on a part-time basis as Industry Associate where he developed strategies for models of drug discovery, training, industry placements and compound collections. David led the RSC's survey and report in 2016 on University-Business Engagement.
