Dr Caitlin Patrick
King's College London
Social Science Research Methods Co-ordinator
Caitlin joined the King's Interdisciplinary Social Science Doctoral Training Centre (KISS-DTC) team as the Research Methods Coordinator in September 2012 after working as a research assistant on various projects exploring visual media representation of conflict and the politics and economics of new visual media. She has a strong background in the social sciences, having received her PhD in Geography from Durham University. Caitlin works closely with academic and research staff and PhD students to bring new courses, seminars, workshops and reading groups to life, and she is the first point of contact for students and staff wishing to contribute to the programme. Caitlin plays a strategic role in mapping research methods training at King's, as well as addressing gaps and areas for development.
