Dr Alison Tidy
Biography
Dr Alison Tidy is Co-Chair of the UK Research Staff Association (UKRSA) and is the UKRSA's representative in the HREiR awards. She is passionate about improving the opportunities for researchers and improving the research culture surrounding fixed-term positions. She has worked at the University of Nottingham for over a decade as a Plant Scientist post-doc. Alison's research is on abiotic stress and the effect this has on plant development, in particular flower development.
