Biography
Emma is the Academic Development Consultant (Research Staff) at University of Leeds, where she leads personal and professional development opportunities for early career researchers. This includes supporting fellowship applications, leadership programmes, StrengthsFinder, and ensuring researcher’s needs are embedded within the Universities’ provision. She organises the annual Research Staff Conference and Careers Week focusing on career management. By sitting on the University’s Researcher Development Steering Group for Research Staff, she advises and implements the University Strategy for Researcher Development. She is responsible for the institutions Concordat Implementation plan and HR excellence submission.
