Biography
An Organisational Developer with over 20 years’ experience in HE. I am Lancaster’s Concordat lead and work closely with the RSA to support our researchers and ensure their voice is heard. I have developed a range of development activities and programmes for researchers and research leaders at all career stages and am currently working with our Doctoral Academy on revitalising our PGR supervision programme.
