Naomi Irvine is an experienced facilitator of reflective practice, workplace learning, career development, coaching and mentoring, and initiatives to support change. At the University of Leicester, she leads the development and delivery of initiatives and policies to support the professional development and career enhancement of research staff. Naomi has an excellent understanding of organisational culture, and a commitment to developing careers. Her role aligns with organisational priorities and the implementation of UK-wide policies - the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers, and Athena SWAN, and calling for liaison with key stakeholders across the University - senior leadership, principal investigators, research staff, and Human Resources and Equalities.
