Piotr Serafin

Since 2018 main specialist in the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (Department of Programmes for Scientists), in which he is responsible for Iwanowska programme (medium-term outgoing mobility of doctoral students) and bilateral exchange of scientists with Austria, China, Germany, India and Portugal. Between 2010 and 2018 worked at the University of Warsaw (International Relations Office) dealing with inbound and outbound mobility of academic staff and students.
