Rhiannon Packer

Dr Rhiannon Packer is a Senior Lecturer in Additional Learning Needs at Cardiff Metropolitan University.  She teaches on both undergraduate and postgraduate courses and supervises several doctoral students.  Rhiannon worked as a secondary school teacher and Head of Year before moving into Higher Education.   Her research interests include educational transition for learners (with SEN), the learner journey for quiet, shy and anxious children, supporting learners with Specific Learning Difficulties and bilingualism.
