Biography

Tori Helmer joined the Learning and Development team at Vitae in 2019. The team develops and manages the delivery of Vitae’s researcher development training programmes in the UK and internationally. Tori has over 10 years’ experience working with UK and international educational institutions from school to post-graduate level and is a member of the Institute of Customer Service. Before this she worked as a diplomat for the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office in the UK and abroad. Her experience in these two sectors of education and foreign policy are the drivers behind her commitment to supporting researchers in their careers.
