Tracy Ellis

Biography 

Tracy worked as a lecturer of work psychology and leadership for 15 years at the University of Salford before joining the University of Bolton as a Senior Research Fellow for 3 years before taking up post as the Head of Staff Development for 4 years. She has been working as Organisational Developer at the University of Liverpool since 2013 where she is responsible for the University Mentoring Network and Coaching Programme in addition to a variety of strategic OD initiatives.

She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Qualified Coach. She has also been running her own leadership and coaching consultancy since 2006.

Tracy is Co-Chair of the SDF North West Staff Developers Network, leads the North West HE Coaching Network and runs the North West HE Action Learning Programme.
