Andy works on the AuthorAID project, which provides support for early career researchers in developing countries. This involves the management of the AuthorAID website, and the development of its online mentoring scheme and community forums.  He also administrates and moderates AuthorAID’s online courses in research writing and proposal writing. In addition, Andy provides support for the Journals Online project, through which he has helped train journal editors to improve the quality of their journals. Before joining INASP, he worked for an academic publisher in journal e-marketing and library marketing.
