Anna Slater is a Royal Society Dorothy Hodgkin Fellow at the Materials Innovation Factory in Liverpool, and has recently stepped down as one of the co-chairs of the UKRSA. She is the lead on the UKRSA's maternity, paternity, adoption, and parental leave project. She has one daughter and, prior to her current post, spent 6 years as a postdoctoral researcher.
